We guarantee each FOSCAM wireless camera will be up and running with 100% functionality or we will provide you with a replacement. In addition, the camera is covered by a 1 year manufacturer's warranty, which will be fully honoured by FOSCAM Singapore. Our return/ exchange policy is 14 days. All returns for non-defective units are subject to a 15% restocking/ shipping fee.

The FOSCAM Singapore warranty is only available to users who purchase directly from FOSCAM Singapore. Every camera purchased from us comes with a unique serial no. stored in our database. Please retain the waybill that comes with your camera as proof of purchase.
